1. Obtaining the contract documentation from the seller's conveyancer
2. Investigation of title including submission of searches and raising enquiries
3. Reporting to you on the title to the property
4. Reporting to you on the legal terms of the mortgage (if any). Please note we cannot give financial advice or advise on the suitability of the mortgage product
5. Exchanging contracts and completing the purchase
6. Submitting the SDLT return and registering your ownership at HM Land Registry
Our sale fees include;
1. Obtaining copies of title documentation from HM Land Registry
2. Preparing the contract and ancillary documentation
3. Dealing with replies to title enquiries
4. Obtaining a redemption figure for your existing mortgage (if any)
5. Exchanging contracts and completing the matter

Disbursements
In addition to our fees, there are a number of
expenses (disbursements) that have to be paid to third parties in order to

from case to case. We will discuss the cost of disbursements with you at the
outset of your purchase. If additional disbursements are found to be required
during the course of the transaction, we will advise you appropriately. Disbursements
