Disbursements

In addition to our fees, there are a number of expenses (disbursements) that have to be paid to third parties in order to complete your purchase. The exact number and amount of disbursements varies from case to case. We will discuss the cost of disbursements with you at the outset of your purchase. If additional disbursements are found to be required during the course of the transaction, we will advise you appropriately. Disbursements are likely to consist of:
