Law, are pleased to announce the merger with two local law firms Banks Carrington &
Co and Holden, Son & Ullock.
The merger which takes
effect on the 1st October 2015 will increase both Fylde Law's staff
count and its regional footprint, with the firm taking over the former offices
of Holden Son & Ullock in Thornton Cleveleys.
Kevin Looby, Property and
Probate Solicitor at Fylde Law says "The merger is part of Fylde Law's ongoing
growth as a firm and marks an exciting time in our expansion and development. Having
a permanent office in Thornton Cleveleys means we are better placed to service
the legal needs of the people
and businesses of the Fylde Coast - something we are totally committed to
John Ullock of Holden, Son & Ullock comments "I believe that the
time is right for us to become part of a larger practice. I am
looking forward to our merger and believe that this is in the best interests of
our clients who will benefit from the resources and greater range of services
provided by Fylde Law. I will be available to undertake work for our existing
clients in the future."
This is a sentiment shared by Alan Carrington of Banks Carrington & Co who says "I am
happy to be associated with the merger of my practice with Fylde Law.
Both firms are long established Fylde Coast Family Solicitors and not only will
our clients enjoy the same level of service as they have previously with my own
practice but indeed that level of service will be enhanced by the additional
areas of law that can be offered at Fylde Law."
